How far in advance should I book my tickets?
• Most attractions open for booking 7 days in advance
• It is recommended to book as soon as the itinerary is confirmed
• Tickets must be purchased at least one day before the tour
How do I book a ticket online and get confirmed?
1. Submit the order and pay on the official website
2. Receive an email with a confirmation message
3. Check the e-ticket/QR code in the email
4. Follow the instructions to use the e-voucher
Do I need to redeem a paper ticket after booking online? Or can you go straight to the scenic spot?
There are two scenarios:
• E-ticket: Scan the QR code directly/swipe the card to enter the park
• Redemption ticket: You need to exchange for a paper ticket at the counter
